Following recent Covid restrictions in England and Wales, we want to confirm to our customers that we are open for business as usual. We would also like to reassure customers that we are continuing to operate to the highest of standards and following COVID-secure guidelines throughout our business.

Current guidance on conducting work in people’s homes across the UK has not changed and we will continue to operate according to our COVID-secure procedures.

Our dedicated customer service teams are here to provide ongoing support, as we continue to adapt to the significant impact of COVID.

We Buy Any Stairlift’s priority throughout this crisis continues to be the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our staff.

We are taking extensive measures to protect both our customers and our employees, this includes a rigorous risk assessment and new protocol to ensure we are COVID-secure. Some of these measures include:

• All engineers are provided with disposable PPE (mask and gloves) for the appointment.
• If payment for the stairlift is agreed, all cash payments will be made via a pre-quarantined envelope, or via bank transfer if requested.
• Adhering to social distancing guidelines within the property – we ask our customers to please follow the guidelines also, and if possible remain in another room for the duration of the removal.
• Ventilating the area of removal wherever possible and permission granted from the customer.

UPDATE: Following the easing of restrictions in March, our engineers are no longer required to wear a mask but they still carry them and will wear one upon request where necessary. Our staff continue to clean their hands and sanitise regularly.
