Our engineer Paul attended to a customer on Friday in Old Cantley, Doncaster. Mrs James had been waiting for a completion date to move home for several months and the solicitors only gave her a date 5 days before the move! She relied on the stairlift and needed it up until her moving date so removing it sooner just wasn’t a possibility. Although we didn’t have much notice, we did our absolute best to move a few appointments to fit Mrs James in. She was extremely grateful to all the team at We Buy Any Stairlift and our engineer Paul for completing the removal.
Our customer today, at Beckett in Doncaster, had travelled all the way from Devon to provide access to our engineer for the removal. Because of the understandably long travel distance Mr Robinson had requested certain dates when he was doing to be in the area, or no earlier than midday to allow him travel time. We happily obliged to make the stairlift removal easy for Mr Robinson to arrange and advised him of a specific day and time in advance so he could plan around it. We know how difficult arranging things can be when you live so very far away so we try to make the process as easy as possible. Mr Robinson let us know how happy he was with our service and rated us 5 stars on Google Reviews.
Our engineer Josh undertook a stairlift removal on Manor Drive in Doncaster for the lovely Mrs Jenkins. She had sadly lost her husband years ago and had struggled at the time to find someone to take the stairlift away, but even the installer was going to charge her. We were happy to make her an offer for the Acorn 180 stairlift, and Josh removed the stairlift safely and carefully for free. Josh had a scenic drive past Doncaster Racecourse and Doncaster Dome Leisure centre, which were both very local, on his way back home in West Yorkshire.
