Our lift engineer Matt got the opportunity to visit a beautiful apartment overlooking the famous Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool. Our client Debbie required a stairlift removing that had only been lightly used for a year and was no longer needed. The stairlift was positioned to lift the user up to the mezzanine level which had a modern glass balcony balustrade.

When the stairlift was removed, the room instantly looked more spacious and contemporary. Debbie was very pleased she was able to sell the stairlift to us and have it removed carefully.

Josh got to visit an area in August that he has been in a few times and always looks forward to – Anfield. He’s not a Liverpool FC fan, but it’s hard not to be in awe when this wonderful large stadium is in view.

He carried out a charged removal for a young couple who had just bought their first home on Burleigh Road South, who needed to dispose of an old stairlift left behind. They were of course huge Liverpool FC fans and said they hoped they would be able to hear the roar of fans from their garden.

They were both very grateful for the quick service and Josh wished them all the best in their new home. He also wished them luck in trying to bring home the Premier League trophy.

It’s hard to think about Liverpool without ‘The Beatles’ coming to mind. Our engineer Lee was delighted when he was booked in to attend a stairlift removal appointment located on Menlove Avenue. On this well-known street stands the childhood home of The Beatles very own John Lennon.

Lee attended the stairlift removal which went very smoothly. He disconnected the electrics safely, dismantled the stairlift and rail and put it into his van for transport. The customer was paid promptly, and the appointment was finished with time to spare. With his free time, he drove to 251 for a glimpse of the famous home the way to his next appointment!
