We’ve always been proud of our level of service, so we invite all our customers to leave a fair review for us. We don’t offer any incentives to leave a review, nor do we pester our customers. Our engineers simply ask that they leave a review, after the removal has been completed and send a link to where they can post it online if they wish.
We already had over 300 Google Business reviews when we set up a Trustpilot account last year, and already we have reached a whopping 500 reviews. Every review is completely authentic and reflects our customers genuine experience dealing with us.
Out of 500 reviews 475 people (95%) rated us 5 stars ‘Excellent’, and 25 people (5% rated us as 4 stars ‘Great’. We have very quickly become the best rated Stairlift Removal company in the whole of the UK. We also outrank major manufacturers such as Acorn, Stannah, Handicare and Companion.

“Ordinarily I don’t write reviews unless service has been exceptional. In this case it was. We Buy Any Stairlift (WBAS) is top notch. First, I was impressed from the very start. Initially, I contacted the company by email, attached pictures of the stairlift, and then phoned them. Each time the staff was most helpful, polite, and promptly responded — always. Impressive.
Second, I was amazed by WBAS’ offer for the stairlift. Although it was well maintained and in great operational condition other companies wanted me to pay them to remove it, claiming it was too old to be useful. But WBAS bought it. Yes, I was paid. Plus, the engineer, Lee, carefully and professionally removed it: he was neat and left no rubbish.
Third, and this was the cherry on top. Lee arrived on the date and at the scheduled time.
Finally, I’ve voluntarily left this review. I got nothing for doing so, except: (a) the best service from a company I’d never heard of before a Google search for somebody to remove the stairlift; and (b) the incentive to do this review for WBAS because they honestly deserve it.
